Women Physicians of New Jersey is a non-profit founded by Deval Gadhvi, MD, as a safe space for women to grow as healthcare providers. Since 2014, Women Physicians of New Jersey has followed one simple mission - to lead in advancing and serving its community of members, and the industry at large. No other association provides more ways for its members to connect with the people and resources they need to be successful.

What We Do

Women Physicians of New Jersey is a diverse group of hundreds of medical physicians, from throughout New Jersey, each with a passion of their own but all with a shared vision empower each other and to encourage the next generation of female physicians.

ENGAGE

Women Physicians of New Jersey hosts 1 -2 large networking events each year for members and welcomes sponsorship and participation from outside corporations and vendors.

EMPOWER

With over 600 members, we have a strong network of diverse women committed to supporting and advancing women in the field of medicine or healthcare.

We support and promote the  professional development of women physicians by providing financial literacy, contract negotiation tools, marketing advice, and more.
